-OUR MISSION-
At Highland Community Bridge, LLC, we provide personalized home care services to Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as other populations such as the elderly and disabled and people with traumatic brain injury in our 24/7 community residence homes. We assist individuals with exercising their freedom to make choices, decisions, preferences, as well as provide quality, safe, and personal care, support, and services in a home setting.
-Goals and Objective-
To support individuals to exercise their freedom and rights to make choices, determine their own schedule, and preferences. Highland Community Bridge, LLC, will also provide quality support and services in a loving, safe, and supportive manner. We believe in adding services and supports for individuals, as needed, and focusing on each individual's strengths to promote growth.
